Account Executive / Social Media / Video Content We are seeking a creative, organized, and customer-focused individual who can blend account management with social media content creation and short‑form video production. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers while also driving brand presence through engaging digital content. Account Executive Manage and grow customer accounts through consistent communication and excellent service Respond to customer inquiries, provide product recommendations, and resolve issues professionally Prepare and send quotes, process orders, and maintain accurate customer records Build strong relationships with clients to increase retention and sales Social Media Plan, schedule, and publish social media content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and track performance metrics Develop creative campaigns to highlight products, promotions, and company culture Video Production Film, edit, and produce short‑form videos (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts) Create product demos, how‑to videos, customer spotlights, and marketing clips Collaborate with internal teams to identify trending topics and content opportunities Ensure brand consistency in all videos Qualifications Experience in customer service or account management Experience with social media content creation (professional or portfolio required) Video filming and editing skills (mobile or DSLR; CapCut, Premiere, or similar) Strong communication skills—written and verbal Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work independently In the subject line tell us your Favorite Fruit and Favorite Song Creative eye for trends, storytelling, and engaging visuals Apply Online Preferred Skills Knowledge of graphic design, Canva, Lightroom, etc. Experience with e‑commerce, digital marketing, or advertising Familiarity with warehouse or product‑based industries The compensation package includes base salary plus commission on equipment sales #J-18808-Ljbffr
