As Relyance AI’s Director of UX/UI Design , you will lead the design and development of user interfaces for our Trust & Governance platform, working closely with product, engineering, and marketing to create engaging, user‑centered experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design of user interfaces for the Trust & Governance platform.
  • Collaborate with a team of designers and researchers to create user‑centered designs.
  • Conduct user research to understand user needs.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity mockups.
  • Present designs to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
  • Collaborate with engineers to implement designs.
  • Stay current on the latest UX/UI trends.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
  • A strong portfolio of user‑centered design work.
  • Experience with user research methods.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A passion for creating user‑friendly and engaging interfaces.
  • Experience designing and building SaaS products.
  • Startup/early‑stage company experience.
  • Experience with data visualization.
  • Experience with AI/ML.

Compensation

Base salary range: $180,000 – $220,000.
