Sales & Marketing Director – Bickford Senior Living
Lead the sales team that drives occupancy and revenue for a branch of Bickford Senior Living. This role combines strong sales leadership with empathy for the senior and their families.
Responsibilities
Conduct personalized tours and follow up with prospective residents and families.
Manage the branch CRM to ensure all interactions are documented.
Train and coach staff on phone and tour hospitality.
Support the move‑in process to ensure a smooth transition.
Build relationships with community professionals to generate referred leads.
Stage the branch to maximize the customer experience.
Lead weekly and quarterly goal‑setting meetings with the Branch Leadership team.
Qualifications
High‑school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in sales or marketing preferred.
Experience in senior housing sales leadership preferred but not required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel) and ability to learn new applications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
Good judgment, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
