Get to know our team Agoda’s Brand team includes brand managers, media planners, creative managers, and visual designers. We act as an internal agency, driving development of marketing collateral, branded assets, and campaigns alongside external partners.

About The Role We are looking for a Creative Manager – Art to lead artistic direction across digital, print, and OOH projects while mentoring designers. You’ll partner with copy and production managers to deliver visually stunning concepts.

Responsibilities

Partner with Creative Managers to lead art direction and design vision across projects.

Help develop design concepts for campaigns, storyboards, online ads, and visual systems.

Manage a team of visual designers and collaborate with other Creative Managers to elevate standards.

Generate innovative ideas for campaigns and BAU projects across digital, social, print, and OOH.

Execute artwork and supervise team projects to maintain craftsmanship and detail.

Direct designers on adherence to fundamental design rules for strong visual storytelling.

Present creative concepts and design rationale to stakeholders.

Partner closely with Creative Managers (copy and production) to unify campaign ideas.

Collaborate with Brand Management to align solutions with objectives and brand strategy.

Understand project requirements and translate them into visually compelling outcomes.

Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Provide clear feedback on projects and design guidance on shared work.

Support career development and training of designers.

Contribute to a positive, collaborative, design‑driven culture.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

8+ years of experience, including a minimum of 5 years as an Art Director in an agency or in‑house setting.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), After Effects, Figma, and other industry tools.

Significant experience with Gen AI tools for creative production.

Portfolio showcasing campaigns, digital marketing assets, logos, video ads, and graphic layouts.

Deep understanding of typography, layout, color, art direction, and emerging design trends.

Experience across digital, social, and traditional media.

Strong presentation and communication skills, able to articulate creative ideas and rationale.

Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask pertinent questions.

Organized, detail‑oriented, self‑starting, and able to multi‑task and meet deadlines.

Excellent English language proficiency.

It’s great if you also have

Motion design and animation skills.

Social media content creation experience.

Knowledge of UX/UI design.
