Key Responsibilities
Provide calendar management, including complex scheduling across multiple time zones and handling high-stakes industry meetings
Communicate effectively with executives, creators, and agents/managers
Coordinate comprehensive domestic and international travel arrangements
Manage expense reporting and reconciliation for high-volume entertainment-related business expenses
Oversee team space, including moves, new hire location assignments, and re-configurations
All administrative support functions, including organizing documents, meeting preparation, supply ordering, purchase orders
Basic Qualifications
Experience with executive level calendar management
Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
3+ years of executive support experience within a major entertainment company, talent agency, or production company
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
Experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, or experience managing multiple calendars
High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
Experience leading process improvements

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $43,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $79,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
