## Learning Design Manager | Readiness & Associate Experience* Develop your team to be well rounded learning professionals through business acumen, design integrity, tools and technology, adult learning theory, and professional skills* Keep a pulse on team’s capacity and prioritization to effectively delegate work and communicate expectations with partners about deliverables* Be in sync with business cycles and dynamics to anticipate learning needs, make informed decisions, and make proactive recommendations* Use data driven insights to identify and communicate team impact and make recommendations on future learning strategy* Work with other learning leaders to identify opportunities for efficiencies throughout the learning design process or by leveraging existing materials* Collaborate with other learning leaders to establish processes, norms, and best practices across teams that support collaboration and learning design excellence* High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification* At least 2 years of experience in people leadership* At least 3 years of experience in client facing consulting* At least 5 years of experience as a Learning Designer, designing learning experiences across digital and in-person learning environments* At least 1 year of experience in learning strategy creation* 1+ years experience working in a call center environment* 1+ years experience working in a customer facing environment* 1+ years experience in change management* 2+ years of experience in learning strategy creation* 1+ years experience with multi-modal learning strategiesCapital One offers a comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial and other benefits that support your total well-being.
