Document customer interactions and feedback in the company’s CRM system.
Assist in managing customer accounts and processing orders as needed.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve service delivery.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is an advantage.
Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑centric mindset.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software.
