Staff Product Marketing Manager – Intuit
Join Intuit as a Staff Product Marketing Manager in San Francisco, CA. This role supports our Enterprise Suite, driving both inbound strategy and outbound execution across multiple vertical markets.
Overview Intuit’s Enterprise Suite (IES) is redefining financial management for mid‑market businesses by combining enterprise‑grade power with Intuit simplicity. We’re expanding deeper into market verticals – Construction, Manufacturing, Financial Services/Real Estate/Family Office, Tech, Non‑profit, and Healthcare – and we need a PMM to bridge product strategy, customer insight, and go‑to‑market excellence.
Responsibilities
Partner with Product to shape the roadmap for vertical expansion, identifying highest‑value industry workflows, use cases, and packaging strategies.
Lead market research, segmentation, and opportunity sizing to inform prioritization and investment for each target industry.
Develop differentiated positioning, messaging, and pricing strategies that tie product innovation to real customer outcomes.
Build the business case and narrative for new vertical launches, influencing go/no‑go, tiering, and packaging decisions across QuickBooks Advanced and IES SKUs.
Define and measure key success metrics for adoption, retention, and expansion.
Drive the GTM strategy and launch plans for new industry editions – from messaging to demand‑gen activation to sales enablement.
Partner with MarComms, Sales, and Channel teams to build industry‑specific content: decks, one‑pagers, web experiences, and customer stories.
Create playbooks for sellers and partners that translate product features into customer value for industry buyers such as Controllers, CFOs, and firm owners.
Lead competitive intelligence for target industries to ensure clear differentiation vs ERP incumbents and point solutions.
Collaborate with Growth and Sales to test and optimize messaging, funnels, and win/loss patterns across verticals.
Act as the “voice of the industry” within Intuit, representing customer needs in roadmap, pricing, and packaging discussions.
Partner with Finance and Analytics to model TAM, forecast revenue impacts, and inform portfolio‑level decisions.
Champion experimentation and continuous learning to improve how we go to market across verticals and segments.
Qualifications
10+ years in product marketing, strategy, or product management.
Proven success launching or scaling industry‑focused SaaS solutions.
Exceptional storytelling ability – capability to translate technical capabilities into clear, human‑centered value.
Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform market sizing, pricing, and messaging.
Deep cross‑functional leadership skills; comfortable influencing without authority.
Experience supporting Sales‑led and product‑led growth and equipping sales orgs with content that drives conversion.
Nice to have: direct or adjacent experience in Construction, Manufacturing, Financial Services/Real Estate/Family Office, Tech, Non‑profit, or Healthcare industries.
