Position Summary The Vice President of Marketing will lead all marketing strategies, brand initiatives, and promotional efforts across the organization’s residential and commercial portfolios. This role will be responsible for designing and executing impactful campaigns that build awareness, attract residents and tenants, and strengthen the company’s position as a market leader.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Brand Development
– Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for residential and commercial properties; utilize market research, industry insights, and brand analysis to maintain a competitive position; manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals; uphold and elevate brand standards across all marketing channels and collateral.
Digital Marketing & Advertising
– Oversee all digital platforms, leverage data analytics to optimize campaigns, direct the production of marketing assets, manage external vendors, and oversee marketing events.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
– Partner with leasing, development, and operations teams; support commercial tenant relations; collaborate with leadership to communicate brand vision.
Analytics & Reporting
– Monitor KPIs, provide insights and recommendations, refine strategies based on performance metrics and market trends.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
8+ years of marketing experience in real estate or a related industry, with leadership responsibilities.
Expertise in digital marketing, branding, and integrated campaign management.
Proven track record of managing budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
Experience with both residential and commercial portfolios preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Proficiency in marketing automation, analytics, and property management technology platforms.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Occupancy rates and leasing velocity.
Lead generation volume and quality.
Marketing ROI and cost per lead.Website traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Social media reach, engagement, and digital audience growth.
Brand reputation and awareness.
Tenant and resident satisfaction related to marketing and community engagement.
Work Environment & Expectations
Primarily HQ office-based with regular engagement across the NJ portfolio (plus one Florida location).
Flexibility to respond to urgent matters outside of standard business hours.
