We’re looking for a Marketing Communications Manager who is passionate about storytelling, brand building, and creating meaningful connections with external audiences. This role blends brand engagement, content creation, and project management to ensure our positioning and messaging are consistent, compelling, and aligned with our business goals out in the market.

In this role, you’ll serve as a brand ambassador—helping shape how our company is seen in the market—and lead the development and execution of strategic communications that elevate our visibility, credibility, and customer engagement.

This is a highly collaborative role that bridges brand strategy, public relations, content marketing, and external communications, ensuring our message is aligned with our mission to serve our customers through innovative technology solutions.

This role will be responsible for developing and executing communications strategies that strengthen our brand presence, engage target audiences, and support overall marketing and business goals. The ideal candidate has a strong interest in storytelling, excellent relationship building and communication skills, a sharp eye for detail, and a knack for connecting with audiences across multiple channels.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities) Marketing & Brand Management

Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns in close partnership with Demand Marketing and Product Marketing — ensuring alignment across full-funnel activities, core narratives, and go-to-market priorities.

Produce high-quality, compelling content and partner with design teams to deliver engaging multimedia assets for digital channels (including blog posts, press releases, bylines, award submissions, newsletters, brochures, email campaigns, and videos).

Craft clear and consistent brand messaging, narratives, and proof points in collaboration with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Delivery teams.

Track, analyze, and report on the performance of communication and campaign initiatives, providing actionable insights to optimize reach and engagement.

Engage with prospects and customers to champion and evangelize the Casepoint brand.

Public Relations & Analyst Relations

Partner with the Senior Manager, Corporate Marketing, to manage the external PR agency and execute a comprehensive PR/analyst roadmap.

Oversee development of press releases, byline articles, and other media-facing materials.

Lead award submissions and coordinate speaking engagements, events, and other public-facing opportunities.

Support proactive media outreach and monitor media coverage, sentiment, and competitive activity.

Develop and execute an annual Analyst Engagement Plan aligned to Casepoint’s strategic priorities, including participation in key analyst evaluations and reports (e.g., IDC MarketScape, Legal IT, GigaOm).

Coordinate with internal subject matter experts (including product, customer delivery, legal, and occasionally executives) to gather insights, source perspectives, and support content development.

Build and maintain strong relationships with influential analysts across legal tech, GovTech, and enterprise SaaS (e.g., Gartner, Forrester, IDC, G2) to elevate market authority and brand credibility.

Aggregate and summarize analyst feedback, market insights, and competitive intelligence to inform GTM strategy, content marketing, campaigns, and brand decisions.

Ensure alignment across PR, analyst relations, social, and content publishing so that key narratives are consistently reinforced across channels.

Support crisis communication planning and rapid-response messaging when necessary.

Digital & Social Media

Manage the company’s social media presence, from content creation and scheduling to performance monitoring and optimization.

Own the development and execution of the social component of the corporate Thought Leadership platform, including amplification of executive POVs, SME content, PR wins, and analyst insights.

Maintain and enhance the company’s footprint across digital channels and third-party platforms (industry directories, partner sites, association listings, review sites, video platforms), ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.

Monitor emerging digital and social trends and recommend opportunities to strengthen engagement and visibility.

What You Bring To The Team

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.

5+ years of marketing communications experience, preferably within B2G, B2B, or technology sectors.
