Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Participates in the annual business planning process facilitated by the operations/technical and business development teams.

Participates in regular pipeline meetings and plays an active role in the development of capture plans for major pursuits. Assists in conducting client research, as needed.

Works with the operations/technical and business development teams to manage the proposal process for all levels of submittals, leads proposal kick‑off and update meetings, develops and edits proposal sections, manages quality, and helps ensure each proposal fully adheres to all requirements.

Prepares customized collateral and SOQs as required throughout the sales process for each opportunity.

Works with the operations/technical and BD teams to prepare client presentations including presentation slide decks, rehearsal/coaching, and graphics/leave‑behinds.

Helps to collect and file up‑to‑date information in our various systems and databases for use by others in marketing.

Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Education And Experience Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field required.

Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience.

Salary range for this full‑time role is $125,400.00–$167,200.02 per year. Ranges are determined based on position, geography, client and industry experience and level, and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range reflects base salary only, and not the total compensation package. Cumming Group reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on a candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications—including client requirements.
