Principal Growth Marketer – Assured

Base Pay Range $175,000.00/yr – $190,000.00/yr

Assured helps large insurers automate claims processing, reduce manual work, and drive better decision‑making at scale. We provide self‑service claim‑filing, fraud detection, and AI‑powered insights.

As Principal Growth Marketer you will design, execute, and scale demand generation and account‑based marketing (ABM) programs for the largest insurance organizations. Your focus will be a balanced mix of strategy (~1/3) and hands‑on execution (~2/3).

What You’ll Do

Own ABM strategy & execution: build playbooks, target lists, engagement plans, and multi‑touch programs for priority accounts.

Run paid media end‑to‑end – audience building, creative testing, optimisation, and reporting (primarily LinkedIn & Google).

Partner with Sales, align on ICPs, messaging, and success criteria; participate in funnel and account reviews and translate insights into action.

Orchestrate cross‑channel programs: email, website personalisation, retargeting, direct mail/light‑field moments, and executive outreach.

Build & manage audiences using CRM/web data for retargeting, lookalikes, and account‑level segments.

Collaborate with content and design to tailor ads and assets for industries, buying committees, and individual accounts.

Measure & iterate: define channel and ABM KPIs, instrument tracking, and deliver clear insights on performance and next steps.

What You’ll Bring

Experience in B2B growth/demand gen, with hands‑on ABM in SaaS or enterprise.

Proven success building pipeline with LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.

Working knowledge of HubSpot (or similar MAP) for workflows, scoring, and campaign ops.

Competence with Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager for measurement and tagging.

Comfortable partnering with Sales and presenting to executives; strong written storytelling and succinct reporting.

Bias for action – move quickly from brief → build → launch → learn.

Bonus Points

Experience with ABM platforms such as Terminus, Influ2, or Propensity.

Familiarity with Figma for lightweight creative tweaks.

Background marketing to highly regulated industries (insurance/financial services).

Understanding of multi‑touch attribution and data hygiene across MAP/CRM.
