@StewartTitle# **Job Description****Job Summary**Directly engages in field operations outside of core Escrow and Title Operations; also, includes various leadership roles that support the overall strategy and execution of field-based operations. Oversees, develops and delivers training programs for field employees to meet both individual and organizational needs. Partners with business leaders to identify training needs, standardizes training initiatives, tracks and reports on training success.
