We are looking for a Full Stack Web Developer who thrives on autonomy and execution. In this key role, you will be the central engine for our web projects, taking ownership of the implementation, maintenance, and performance of our websites. You will work closely with our small team to understand priorities and then independently drive the technical and functional work to completion. This role is responsible for design, develop, and maintain both the front-end (client-side) and back-end (server-side) of web applications, encompassing UI/UX design, database management, and API development. Must create visually appealing and user-friendly websites that perform well across different devices and browsers; may also work on back-end development using languages like C# within .Net Framework to manage database interactions and server-side logic. Good understanding of object-oriented programming and relational database. Experience in report writing and data visualization is a plus.
Front-end Development
Designing and implementing user interfaces (UI) and user experience (UX)
Writing clean and optimized HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code
Ensuring cross-browser compatibility
Creating responsive designs for various devices
Back-end Development (depending on the role)
Developing server-side logic using languages like C#
Managing databases and data interactions
Building APIs to connect front-end applications to back-end systems
Other Tasks
Collaborating with designers and other stakeholders to understand project requirements
Testing and debugging code to ensure functionality and quality
Optimizing website performance for speed and scalability
Implementing security measures to protect user data
Staying updated with the latest web technologies and trends
Minimum Qualifications
Seven (7) years of related experience, education/training, OR a Bachelor’s degree in related area plus three (3) years of related experience/training. Related experience: front-end and back-end web development.
Intermediate knowledge of secure software development.
Advanced skills associated with software design, modification, implementation and deployment, including object-oriented programming concepts.
Demonstrated ability to understand functional needs and how systems can support those needs.
Demonstrated ability to develop conversion and system implementation plans.
Demonstrated ability to interface with management on a regular basis.
Demonstrated ability to contribute technical narrative to grant proposals.
Thorough experience with identification and use of code libraries and open-source forums.
Experience with planning for deployment and creation of feedback mechanisms.
Demonstrated software repository skills. Demonstrated testing and test planning skills.
Thorough experience with common programming tools. Demonstrated ability to follow software specifications.
Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to communicate technical information to technical and non-technical personnel at various levels in the organization.
Self-motivated and works independently and as part of a team. Able to learn effectively and meet deadlines.
Demonstrated broad problem solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience with large health system or workforce development program.
Web Development experience.
Bilingual Spanish.
Experience in report writing and data visualization.
Special Conditions
Must be able to work various hours and locations based on business needs.

Pay Transparency Act Annual Full Pay Range: $79,200 - $143,400 (prorated if appointment percentage
