As Sales & Marketing Manager, you will oversee the hotel’s sales, marketing, events, and revenue functions—developing and executing strategies that grow market share, enhance brand reputation, and maximise profitability across all segments.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver annual sales and marketing plans aligned with business goals and budgets.
Lead, motivate, and develop the sales, marketing, events, and revenue teams to achieve KPIs and revenue targets.
Identify and convert new business opportunities while nurturing key existing accounts.
Manage participation in trade shows, FAM trips, press events, and client hospitality initiatives.
Collaborate with senior management on forecasting, pricing, and market positioning strategies.
Oversee marketing campaigns, branding, and digital reputation management.
Maintain accurate sales and marketing forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and tourism developments to inform strategy.
Manage department budgets, expenses, and return on investment for all initiatives.
Promote a culture of excellence, teamwork, and guest‑centric service across all commercial departments.
About You:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Sales or Marketing management role, ideally within 4/5 star hotel properties.
Proven track record in driving revenue growth and leading high‑performing teams.
Strong commercial awareness, strategic mindset, and excellent communication skills.
Degree in Hospitality, Business, Sales, or Marketing desirable.
Flexible, energetic, and passionate about delivering measurable results.
