We are seeking an experienced and results-driven B2B SaaS Marketing Manager to join Honey Health. This role is critical to our growth strategy, working closely with sales to generate qualified leads, drive demos, and build a strong, trusted brand in healthcare technology. You will report to the CEO, and own our marketing engine end-to-end—from ICP definition and ABM campaigns to content strategy, performance marketing, events, and brand development. This role is ideal for a marketer who thrives in fast-paced startup environments, has proven success in B2B SaaS marketing, and knows how to align marketing with sales to deliver measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Sales Alignment : Partner with sales to design and execute campaigns that drive demos and accelerate pipeline. Build and manage account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns tailored to our ICPs at the company and persona level. Continuously refine ICPs and target audience segmentation to ensure precision outreach. Content & Brand Development: Own the content strategy, producing high-value assets including thought leadership, customer stories, case studies, blogs, and video content. Collaborate with PR & Comms to shape Honey Health’s external narrative and position us as a trusted voice in healthcare technology. Strengthen our brand identity to convey professionalism, trust, and innovation to providers and health systems. Performance Marketing & Campaign Orchestration: Manage highly targeted digital campaigns across paid, organic (SEO + AEO), and social channels to generate qualified leads. Develop integrated campaigns that align performance marketing with PR, content, and sales objectives. Analyze campaign performance, optimize for ROI, and report key metrics regularly. Growth Initiatives: Establish scalable demand-generation programs that can support both mid-market and enterprise healthcare accounts. Develop marketing playbooks for new verticals and emerging opportunities. Introduce new lead channels, such as webinars, virtual events, and targeted partnerships. Events & Conferences: Own the strategy, planning, and execution of industry events, conferences, and sponsorships. Partner with sales to maximize ROI from events, ensuring high-quality meetings, demos, and follow-up. Develop pre- and post-event campaigns to amplify impact, generate leads, and build awareness. Qualifications

5–7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with proven success in demand generation, ABM, and content-driven growth. Track record of working closely with sales teams to drive pipeline and achieve revenue goals. Hands‑on experience planning, managing, and executing events and conferences as lead‑gen drivers. Excellent writing skills, with the ability to produce compelling content across formats (short‑form, long‑form, and video). Experience building or evolving a young brand into a trusted category leader. Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM systems, and analytics platforms. Data‑driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns. Bonus: Experience marketing to healthcare providers or within health tech.
