About the Role: WhiteFrame Creative is looking for two talented Specialized UI Designers (mid to upper-mid level) to join our product design team. You’ll collaborate to create high-end, world-class templates and digital products that startups and creators worldwide will use to bring their ideas to life. We’re not just looking for a designer — we’re looking for a UI design specialist with a strong sense of modern, trendy design and the ability to turn ideas into pixel-perfect, developer-friendly templates.
What We’re Looking For
2-3 years of professional UI design experience
Strong proficiency in Figma and visual design
Familiarity with Webflow or Framer (template/marketplace experience)
A solid grasp of modern, trending UI styles
Who This Role Isn’t For
Beginners just starting their design career (you’ll get there, keep going!)
Candidates without a strong portfolio
Designers who aren’t confident in Figma
Those with no exposure to Webflow/Framer template design
People who aren’t detail-oriented or eager to grow
What We’d Love to See in Your Application
3–5 of your best Figma files (recent projects preferred)
Links to your Dribbble/Behance profile
Any live Webflow or Framer projects (if available)
