Translate complex business questions into data-driven solutions that support growth and profitability
Build and enhance interactive dashboards to empower marketing leadership
Apply industry best practices to visualize data for fast, intuitive insights
Deliver clear, concise, and actionable presentations to senior decision-makers
Use storytelling techniques to communicate data and inspire action
Analyze and optimize marketing spend and campaign performance using advanced analytics
Requirements
5+ years of analytics experience
2+ years hands‑on experience with SQL (including complex queries), R, or similar tools
2+ years of experience with marketing measurement strategies and ROI analysis
Proven ability to solve problems quickly and operate in a fast‑paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to diverse audiences
Demonstrated success in cross‑functional collaboration
Exposure to web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe/Omniture, Snowplow)
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Microstrategy
