Marketing Coordinator
Compensation: $17-$25/hr (depending on experience)
FLSA Status: Hourly Non-Exempt
Location: Flower Mound, TX
Schedule: 9AM-6PM Monday-Friday. This is an ON-SITE full-time role.
Job Description The marketing coordinator will work as part of an in-office loan/marketing team to support the senior loan officer and referral partners. This position requires frequent communication with referral partners and works closely with the marketing team to provide digital marketing material, as well as managing social media content and presence. The right candidate will have excellent customer service skills, and be excited to implement marketing tactics to help the team grow.
Top 3 Responsibilities and How You Will Be Measured
CRM Management/Customer Service:
The Marketing Director will be the first point of contact for new and existing realtor relationships. Manage new Realtor meetings, and track current referral partner business.
Social Media and Communication:
Monitor and create content across all social media platforms. Proactively research and communicate market updates and effective industry tactics.
Event Coordination:
Organize monthly events from start to finish including securing venue, vendors and sponsors. Keep sponsors feeling like top clients with above par communication, and promote event to encourage attendance from local Realtors.
Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be able to work 40 hours per week between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook applications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Positive attitude, dependable, self‑motivated and require minimal supervision.
Detail‑oriented, able to work under pressure to meet deadlines, and able to organize, prioritize, and manage time.
Previous social media strategy or content creation roles is a plus.
Essential Duties of the Position
Design for print, video, social media and other digital mediums – including but not limited to: mailers, business cards, social media graphics, real estate flyers and other loan related materials.
Collaborate with marketing team and other team members to complete requests.
Create and delegate precise and applicable marketing work.
Push mortgage marketing content to referral partners regularly.
Ability to manage, design, and produce assigned projects from concept to completion.
Hyper organized and excellent on the phone.
Provide the highest level of customer service possible.
Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, a person is regularly sitting in a normal office environment at a desk using a computer, phone, fax and copy machine. This person may occasionally need to lift up to 20 pounds.
