Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in product or UX design across mobile and web apps, with a background in HCI, Interaction Design, Information Design, or a related field.
A proven track record of shipping complex multi-role product flows with multiple states and scenarios.
Ability to articulate opportunities via journey mapping and translating insights into ideas through sketches, wireframes, or prototypes.
Strong visual and interaction design skills with attention to layout, typography, and pixel details.
Good communication skills, comfortable sharing ideas and collaborating with cross-functional partners.
Eager to learn, open to feedback, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment.

Job Information Compensation:
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $87,822 - $184,000 annually. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Base pay is part of the Total Package and may include bonuses, incentives, and stock units. Benefits vary by location and may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, parental leave, disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, and paid time off. Note: Company reserves the right to modify benefits programs at any time.
