News Producer
to join our team.
This is not just a job for someone looking to stack a show. We are looking for a show doctor who can craft fast-paced, engaging newscasts that keep viewers informed. The ideal candidate will:
Build well-paced, dynamic newscasts
Write compelling teasers that keep audiences tuned in
Edit video to ensure high-quality, visually engaging content
Contribute to digital platforms, including the WWAY website and social media
Utilize strong storytelling and understanding of AP Style for writing
Be able to stay ahead of breaking news and developing stories
We’re looking for someone who wants to be a journalist, and not just someone who wants to work in TV. Experience with ENPS and Edius is a plus.
