About the Role :
Radar Hire is looking for a strategic, data-driven SEO Specialist who can combine technical expertise with creative execution. You’ll manage a portfolio of healthcare clients, shaping SEO strategy from keyword discovery to content deployment. This is not a passive role—you’ll be actively improving website performance, optimizing content for patient intent, and driving measurable business outcomes.
This role is ideal for someone who has previously worked in a marketing agency environment, is deeply familiar with on-page and off-page SEO, and understands how to integrate SEO best practices into modern no-code platforms like Webflow. You’ll play a key role in optimizing websites, managing technical audits, implementing structured data, and improving local search visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute SEO strategies
aligned with client goals, focusing on acquiring patients within specific medical specialties and geographies.
Perform technical SEO audits
to identify and resolve issues affecting site performance, crawlability, and indexation.
Research, plan, and write SEO-optimized website content
and landing pages designed to convert site visitors into patients.
Make direct website updates in Webflow , ensuring clean implementation and best-practice on-page SEO.
Manage and optimize local listings
through
Yext
and
Google Business Profile , ensuring accuracy, completeness, and category relevance for healthcare practices.
Leverage tools like SEMrush
to track keyword performance, analyze competitors, and report on ranking improvements and organic growth.
Coordinate online review and reputation management
using
BirdEye , helping clients build trust and credibility through patient feedback.
Collaborate cross-functionally
with creative, analytics, and account teams to ensure SEO efforts support broader marketing objectives.
Experiment with keyword targeting
and page structure to attract the right patients—those aligned with the client’s ideal case mix.
What You Bring
3+ years of professional SEO experience, ideally within a marketing agency or healthcare vertical.
Proven track record in
strategic and technical SEO , including keyword research, metadata optimization, schema, and site architecture.
Strong
copywriting and content development skills —able to write engaging, compliant content for healthcare audiences.
Hands-on experience with:
Webflow
(website management & on-page SEO)
Yext
(listings management)
BirdEye
(review and reputation management)
SEMrush
(keyword and competitive analysis)
Familiarity with Google Search Console, Google Analytics
Understanding of healthcare industry nuances—HIPAA considerations, patient intent, and compliance-friendly language.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple client projects simultaneously.
