As a member of this team, you will need strong artistry, sales, and service talents. You will teach customers Charlotte’s secrets of artistry learned over 20 years of working with top celebrities and brands. You will deliver Charlotte’s philosophy of artistry made easy and contribute to building an amazing beauty business. Sales experience and a background in beauty and retail are essential.
The Freelance Makeup Artist role involves promoting and creating makeup magic in-store. You will represent the ethos, products, and image of Charlotte Tilbury. Working as part of an elite team, you will drive business through exceptional makeup artistry and customer service. Your role requires reflecting the brand values and engaging with the customer base. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets by providing an exceptional experience and service. Passion and enthusiasm for Charlotte Tilbury are vital, along with delivering her philosophy of artistry made easy and offering personalized shopping experiences.
Main Duties:
Sales:
Achieve event sales goals and sales per hour targets.
Create brand awareness through sharing and demonstrating product knowledge.
Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit within company guidelines.
Customer Service:
Lead by example to promote the Tilbury Touch and exceptional customer service.
Team Work:
Maintain a positive and cooperative approach with colleagues.
Foster open and positive communication, professionalism, and creativity.
Operations:
Ensure the counter/gondola is ready for customers from open to close.
Maintain high standards of counter hygiene, including cleaning display units, tools, and testers throughout the day.
Assist with inventory management, including stock counts, rotation, and replenishment.
Support visual merchandising, new launch displays, and collateral placement in communication with the Sales and Artistry Executive.
Assist in executing events.
Communicate regularly with the Brand field team regarding counter needs or concerns.
Manage schedules, clocking in/out, and submitting timesheets accurately.
