We are looking for people that have a passion for excellent customer care! Working at the Front Desk means you are THE hub of hotel activity and manage more guest interactions than any other member of the staff. Your role is key to the overall quality of a guest's stay. Your keen sense of being proactive, responsive and caring literally will define the Guest Experience. This is a hands‑on position where every department supports each other. If you've ever said, "That's not my job" then this isn't the job for you!

Responsibilities
Assist guests efficiently, courteously and professionally at all times
Maintain a high level of service and hospitality
Promptly and effectively manage guest concerns or issues and ensure all are met to satisfaction in a timely manner
Post guest charges, collect payments and follow all cash‑handling procedures
Be knowledgeable of the hotel brand and various programs (travel programs, special offers)
Communicate effectively with various departments and management regarding guest comments and concerns
Respond quickly to incoming calls, lobby visitors and team members needing front‑desk assistance
Have full knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures
