is seeking a
Senior Interior Designer / Project Manager
on behalf of our client, a
boutique, multidisciplinary design studio
based in the vibrant Williamsburg neighborhood of Brooklyn. The firm is made up of dynamic, international designers and creative professionals whose work spans
hospitality (hotels, F&B, branding, and furniture/FF&E design) ,
retail , and
residential
projects — both domestic and international.
About the Firm: Our client is recognized for creating

New York City and global design culture , their projects combine strong conceptual vision with an attention to materiality and detail.
Description: The Senior Interior Designer / Project Manager will lead projects from
concept through completion , overseeing design conceptualization, space planning, FF&E specification and purchasing, construction documentation, and construction administration. This role requires a confident designer who can manage client relationships, communicate with vendors, contractors, and consultants, and ensure that projects are delivered
on time, on budget, and to the firm’s high design standards .
Responsibilities: Lead all phases of design, from concept development through construction administration Manage client, vendor, contractor, and consultant communication Oversee schedules, budgets, and project deliverables Develop and coordinate construction document sets Specify FF&E and manage procurement Supervise design teams and ensure quality and consistency across project phases
Qualifications: Degree in Architecture or Interior Design 5–8 years of professional experience (minimum 2–3 in project management, including CA) Proven experience in
hospitality design
(retail and multi-unit residential a plus) Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to balance design and technical execution Proficiency in
AutoCAD ,
SketchUp/Rhino or 3D Max ,
InDesign ,
Photoshop , and
Illustrator Fluent in English, both written and verbal Self-starter with excellent time management and multitasking abilities
Location: Brooklyn, NY (Williamsburg)
Salary Range: $90,000 – $125,000 (commensurate with experience)
