Overview The Associate supports internal account teams across a variety of back‑end marketing execution and operational processes. Responsibilities Strategy
Provide account updates to a client’s growing publisher base, evaluate performance and make recommendations for future investments.
Collaborate with cross‑departmental teams to identify and troubleshoot complex program management and technical challenges.
Align with client management team to ensure accurate execution and timeliness of internal and client deliverables.
Use client and network data to tell a story and articulate this story in a clear and impactful manner to clients.
Media Buying
Recruit, manage and develop publisher relationships on behalf of clients by communicating expectations, sharing standard processes, and providing campaign management.
Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of advertisers’ affiliate investment by building and interpreting program performance data.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with Media Buyers and Planners to implement Media Plans on behalf of clients by managing budget allocation and ensuring implementation of media.
Build relationships with long‑tail publishers to foster long‑term success.
Self‑led use of CJ technologies/reporting suites to proactively identify data‑based publisher fits for clients and align audiences to stated client goals.
Operations
Assist in the execution of affiliate marketing campaigns for a portfolio of clients, including asset management and campaign communication.
Support internal account teams with the execution of standard program operations, including campaign support, payout management, and partnerships.
Work closely with internal teams such as Account Management, Media Investment and Technical Support to ensure seamless execution of tasks, timely completion of deliverables, and problem resolution.
Leverage internal and external marketing platforms and technology to complete campaign execution, tracking, and reporting.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or related work experience.
Passionate about providing excellent service to internal and external customers.
Driven to succeed and a clear and effective communicator.
Capable of working independently and collaborating with the team to solve complex issues.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical skills.
Respectful of varying opinions and perspectives.
Additional Information This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week in office.

Compensation Range: $49,305.00 – $65,415.00 annually. This is the pay range Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant and the requirements of the position. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan and 401(k) plan after meeting eligibility criteria.
