Content Management Specialist (Dita/Sitecore)
Talent Software Services is seeking a Content Management Specialist to support content management operations across two enterprise content management systems (CMSs): Adobe Experience Manager Guides (DITA) and Sitecore. This is a one-year contract position with the opportunity for a long-term extension, 100% remote.
Base Pay Range $75.00/hr - $80.00/hr
Primary Responsibilities
Enter, format, and publish structured content using DITA and HTML in AEM Guides and Sitecore.
Support dual maintenance workflows and ensure content integrity across both CMSs.
Apply and update metadata following system standards.
Collaborate with analyst and specialist teammates to troubleshoot issues and meet deadlines.
QA to maintain synchronized content between Sitecore and AEM.
Qualifications
Two (2) year AA (associate's degree) in web design, computer science, or a related field.
Associate's degree or certificate that includes courses in web publishing or design.
Background in health or science-related information or understanding of medical terminology is helpful.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong understanding of HTML, DITA, and structured content workflows.
Understanding of medical terminology.
Ability to manage tasks independently and collaborate with teammates.
