Overview

Workstyle: This is a remote position;

Reports to: CRM Marketing Manager

Travel expectations: Minimal travel; may include occasional trips for key meetings.

Physical requirements: Primarily sedentary, home‑based role requiring extended periods of computer use. Reasonable accommodations available.

In this role, you’ll be part of our CRM Marketing team to help us deliver engaging, personalized experiences that ignite a sense of belonging and connection for our customers. You're a key player in our mission to help people express what brings them together, one custom product at a time.

1–3 years of hands‑on experience in CRM or data‑driven marketing, with a focus on email, SMS, or direct mail.

Familiarity with CRM platforms: ESPs and CDPs – Klaviyo, HubSpot, and Salesforce.

Understanding of how AI can be leveraged for tasks like content generation, audience segmentation, and predictive analysis.

Basic understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and testing methodologies.

Demonstrated ability to pull reports and analyze data to surface key insights.

Excellent communication, organizational skills, and a proactive, reliable, detail‑oriented mindset.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

What you’ll do

Campaign execution: Create and deploy email, SMS, and direct mail campaigns, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency. Responsibility for setting up campaigns, managing assets, and scheduling sends using our CRM platform.

Customer data management: Maintain and manage CRM segments and customer profile data for accurate audience targeting.

Reporting and analysis: Pull reports, gather and analyze performance data, and identify key trends to optimize the customer journey.

Cross‑functional collaboration: Work with internal teams like Site and Sales to draft creative briefs and provide customer insights.

Testing agenda: Accurately set up and report A/B and multivariate test results to inform creative and segmentation strategy.

Increased efficiency, accuracy, and quality of campaign execution.

Timely delivery of campaign performance components and reporting.

Contributions to improved CRM targeting and segmentation strategies.

Cross‑functional collaboration that ensures customer‑centric thinking is embedded across all marketing initiatives.

Compensation

Salary: $57,000‑$65,000 (salaried exempt position). Placement within the range is determined by a variety of factors, including knowledge, skills, years & depth of experience, and equity with internal team members.
