Job Overview

As a Software Developer, you will design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure software solutions that drive business performance and enhance user experience. You’ll collaborate with key leadership, production managers, designers, QA engineers, and other developers to translate requirements into clean, efficient code, participate in code reviews, and ensure high‑quality deliverables.

Responsibilities

Maintain our core PHP‑based application, ensuring efficient function while assisting with the development of a next‑generation application that is more robust, scalable, and efficient.

Execute UX design workflows by applying user research insights, interaction models, usability heuristics, and prototyping tools to deliver data‑driven interface solutions.

Design and optimize user interfaces using interaction patterns, component libraries, and usability best practices to ensure scalable, high‑quality user experiences.

Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to define project requirements and technical roadmaps.

Ensure best practices in code quality, maintainability, security, and performance.

Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior developers to uphold coding standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues, ensuring system reliability and uptime.

Automate processes, optimize database queries, and streamline deployment workflows.

Qualifications & Skills

5+ years of experience in full‑stack development, with a strong focus on PHP, C#, and SQL.

Deep understanding of PHP and .NET frameworks (CodeIgniter, Lumen, .NET CORE, ASP.NET, Entity Framework Core, SignalR, Newtonsoft, gRPC).

A robust grasp of RESTful API concepts and the core components of microservice architectures.

Proficiency in database design, optimization, and complex SQL queries.

Experience working in Linux environments with Bash scripting.

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Familiarity with networking concepts, security best practices, and web performance optimization.

Strong problem‑solving skills with a passion for clean, efficient, and scalable code.

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision.

Hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps services (Pipelines, Repos, Boards).

Experience with designing and implementing microservices architectures.

Proficiency with AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, etc.) and cloud infrastructure.

Knowledge of third‑party API integrations.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated testing.
