Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Marketing Automation Expert based in Kohler, WI. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing marketing automation campaigns to drive lead generation and customer engagement. Additional responsibilities include coordinating campaign strategy, analyzing data to improve marketing processes, managing digital assets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
Expertise in SalesForce Marketing Automation Platforms and Digital Marketing tools.
Proficiency in Data Analysis and Campaign Performance Measurement.
Experience in Email Marketing, Drip Campaigns, and Personalization Strategies.
Strong skills in Project Management, Team Collaboration, and Problem-Solving.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced education is a plus.
Knowledge of CRM systems and customer journey mapping is highly desirable.
