Role Overview
The Associate Creative Director, AI Design leads the fusion of graphic design mastery and next‑generation AI creativity. The role is for a multidisciplinary design leader who excels in concept development, brand design, motion, and visual systems while leveraging advanced AI tools to push creative boundaries. The ACD will direct design across digital platforms, social, and video while helping shape new workflows that combine human taste with AI precision.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Marketing and Business Development teams to ensure creative output aligns with strategic objectives and supports company growth.
- Direct design across digital platforms, social, and video, while shaping new workflows that combine human taste with AI precision.
- Explore and integrate emerging AI technologies into Kepler Creative’s workflows, shaping new ways of creating, testing, and scaling ideas with speed and precision.
- Develop repeatable AI systems, maintain brand integrity across AI‑generated outputs, and ensure responsive design practices.
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and clients to refine concepts and deliver high‑quality creative solutions.
- Communicate effectively, both written and verbal, especially when working remotely across distributed teams.
Qualifications
- Deep foundation in traditional design craft.
- Hands‑on expertise with modern AI tools across image, video, audio, and 3D production.
- Proven experience in concept development, brand design, motion, and visual systems.
- Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
- Proactive in exploring new technologies and ideas, able to independently develop prototypes and concepts that push the boundaries of creativity and technology.
- Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable discussing creative concepts with clients and refining details with designers and engineers.
- Can‑do attitude, deep sense of curiosity, passion for collaboration, and a positive, energetic presence in a close‑knit, multi‑disciplinary team.
