Must Haves:

  • 5+ years of experience in paid social experience
  • Expertise in Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit
  • Experience leading development of social first full funnel paid creative campaigns
  • Knowledge of AIO/SEO and influencer indexing.
  • Strong understanding of social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube, etc.)
  • Ability to identify target audiences and select appropriate platforms
  • Experience with UTMs, pixels, tracking, and measurement.
  • Understanding of white listings vs dark ads

Day-to-day:

Insight Global is seeking a Social Paid Manager. A creative-focused Paid Social Manager leads the development of social-first ad creative that drives performance, translating brand storytelling into high-impact paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms. This role blends creativity with data, partnering closely with creative, production, and influencer teams to concept, brief, and deliver thumb‑stopping assets tailored to each platform’s native behaviors. They oversee ongoing creative testing and optimization, using insights, audience behaviors, and cultural trends to refine messaging and visual direction that improve retention and conversion. Acting as the bridge between creative and performance marketing, this role ensures every asset not only looks great but performs—fueling measurable growth while keeping the brand culturally relevant and socially native.

This is 6‑month ongoing contract.

Creative & Content Partnership

  • Drive the creative vision for paid social campaigns, developing thumb‑stopping concepts, messaging, and visual frameworks tailored to each platform’s native behaviors and audience mindsets.
  • Champion emerging formats and cultural trends, proactively identifying new storytelling opportunities, creator styles, editing techniques, and platform updates to keep paid social creative fresh, relevant, and high‑performing.
  • Partner closely with creative, production, and influencer teams to brief and develop social‑first assets (UGC, short‑form video, statics, carousels) that elevate brand storytelling and improve performance KPIs.
  • Ensure ads follow brand guidelines and platform best practices.
