Overview We are seeking a talented and creative CAD Designer to join our dynamic team in Eau Claire, WI. As a CAD Designer, you will play a crucial role in transforming ideas into detailed designs and technical drawings. Responsibilities
Create and modify detailed CAD drawings and models based on project specifications.
Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure designs meet functional and aesthetic requirements.
Review and revise designs based on feedback from team members and clients.
Maintain organized documentation of design processes and revisions.
Stay updated on industry trends and software advancements to enhance design capabilities.
Participate in project meetings to discuss design concepts and progress.
Qualifications
Associate's degree in CAD design, engineering technology, or a related field.
Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
Strong understanding of design principles and engineering concepts.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
