Base pay range $60,000.00/yr - $63,000.00/yr

What You'll Be Doing Research & Insights

Track industry trends, competitor activity, and partner initiatives — translating what’s happening in the market into insights our team can act on.

Analyze audience behavior and digital performance to uncover what’s working and where to optimize.

Provide quick‑turn summaries of relevant articles, reports, and data that inform campaign direction and sales enablement.

Maintain a pulse on the IT lifecycle, technology, and sustainability industries to keep our messaging relevant and differentiated.

Social, Content & Campaign Support

Support the creation of social media content by providing background research, stats, and data‑driven talking points.

Draft short‑form copy for social and email campaigns that align with brand tone and drive engagement.

Collaborate with the Marketing Specialist on content calendars, audience insights, and engagement tracking.

Help ensure content for sales, social, and events is informed, consistent, and optimized for performance.

Sales & Event Support

Deliver quick data insights, visuals, and research to help sales teams in conversations with customers and prospects.

Provide pre‑ and post‑event insights — from attendee industries and trends to competitive presence and follow‑up content recommendations.

Help strengthen campaign hand‑offs between marketing and sales by ensuring all activities are tied to lead generation goals.

Data & Operational Support

Partner with the Marketing Operations Manager to gather and interpret campaign data across email, social, and web channels.

Track performance metrics, summarize results, and share insights to help improve campaign targeting and ROI.

Keep dashboards updated and make complex information easy to understand for internal teams.

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of marketing, research, or analytics experience (internships welcome).

Strong curiosity about marketing, tech, and B2B trends.

Comfortable interpreting data and turning it into stories, insights, or recommendations.

Strong writing skills with an ability to adapt tone across professional, social, and sales content.

Organized, detail‑oriented, and reliable — able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.

Experience with tools like LinkedIn, HubSpot, Google Analytics, or SEMrush is a plus.
