We’re looking for a
Blog Writer
to join Fylm TV and help us share stories, insights, and resources for independent filmmakers. This is a
volunteer role
ideal for someone who loves film, enjoys writing, and wants to grow their network in the entertainment and startup space.
What You’ll Do: Write and publish biweekly blog posts (700–1,000 words) about indie filmmaking, festivals, streaming, industry trends, and behind-the-scenes stories.
Collaborate with the Fylm TV team on content themes and calendar.
Spotlight filmmakers and community members through interviews or features.
Help shape Fylm TV’s voice as a hub for indie creators and film lovers.
What You’ll Get: Portfolio pieces
published on the official Fylm TV platform.
Mentorship and feedback from Fylm TV leadership.
The opportunity to
network with filmmakers, writers, and industry professionals .
Who You Are: Passionate about independent film and creative storytelling.
Strong writing and research skills.
Curious, self‑motivated, and eager to learn.
Able to commit to writing
two posts per month .
This is an
unpaid/volunteer role , perfect for aspiring film writers, journalists, or bloggers who want to build a portfolio and industry connections.
