Associate Media Buyer, National Investment (Auto)

The Associate Media Buyer is responsible for the day‑to‑day maintenance of Video Media schedules, including buying, tracking, billing, and posting. This entry‑level role provides hands‑on training for a career in multimedia buying.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Train and master all investment systems and tools of buying
Work with managers to develop buying and negotiation skills
Develop a working knowledge of client goals, guidelines, and strategies
Set‑up and maintain required reports as directed
Deliver post‑buy reports to clients with manager support
Stay current with department tools and research, applying them to stewardship and planning
Perform basic buying and stewardship functions as instructed
Provide admin/systems support to the buying teams under assigned clients and the agency
Maintain strong relationships with network partners to execute responsibilities efficiently
Qualifications
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Solution‑oriented with strong multitasking ability
Collaborative team player capable of working independently in a matrix structure
Effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to present clearly and actionably
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Passionate about generating groundbreaking ideas and infusing fresh perspective to drive creativity
Positive attitude and high energy
Experience & Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Current or previous internship within a media/marketing services company a plus
Strong interest in media strategy and marketing communication
Seniority level Internship

Salary and Benefits Annual salary: $45,000. Actual base salary is determined based on experience, qualifications, training, certifications, and internal equity. The company reserves the right to modify the pay range. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, pet insurance, commuter benefits, disability and life insurance, 401(k) matching, up to 14 holidays per year, a “Do Good Day,” and unlimited PTO.
In‑Office Work Schedule This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 2 days in‑office per week.
