We are seeking an Account Supervisor, Social Media + Marketing, with advanced creative and strategic proficiency — someone who blends strong design and video production skills with data-driven thinking and business acumen. You’ll not only oversee social media, influencer marketing and events for high-profile clients but also understand the “why” behind their campaigns, translating client objectives into measurable growth and digital impact.

This role is ideal for a forward-thinking leader who can manage client relationships, mentor a team, and create compelling content that looks exceptional and performs even better.

REQUIRED SKILLS + QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 6+ years of post-graduate experience managing social and digital accounts across industries such as real estate, corporate, and lifestyle; agency experience is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field, along with coursework in video production or graphic design
  • Advanced video editing and content capture skills, with the ability to produce captivating, high-quality deliverables
  • Experience with video editing software optimized for social media (CapCut, Splice, TikTok, or comparable)
  • Exceptional graphic design capabilities, with an eye for elevated brand storytelling
  • Proficiency in graphic design and editing tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or InDesign
  • Advertising experience with Meta Business Suite, including campaign creation, boosting strategies, budget management, and performance tracking
  • Deep understanding of social media strategy, content development, and community engagement across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Demonstrated success conceptualizing and executing high-impact events that build brand visibility and community engagement
  • Adept at developing event strategies aligned with client objectives, managing budgets and vendors, and overseeing on-site execution to ensure seamless delivery and brand consistency
  • Proficient in identifying, negotiating, and managing influencer collaborations that authentically amplify brand messaging
  • Skilled at developing influencer and brand partnership strategies that balance creative storytelling with measurable ROI, overseeing content deliverables, and fostering lasting relationships with creators across lifestyle, luxury, and real estate sectors
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills across mediums — including social media captions, e-blasts, advertorials, and brand storytelling. Strong command of tone, structure, and clarity, with the ability to translate complex concepts into narratives that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with proven ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. Excels at prioritization, delegation, and maintaining composure under pressure while delivering exceptional results on tight timelines.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect creative ideas to client objectives, ROI, and brand positioning
  • Skilled at interpreting analytics, distilling insights, and applying them to future content and ad strategies
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills; confident presenter and storyteller
  • Experience managing and mentoring team members while maintaining strong client relationships
  • Fluent in English, with Spanish or Portuguese a plus

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead strategic and day-to-day management of social media accounts across multiple industries, with a focus on real estate, ensuring all content, campaigns, and activations align with client business goals and KPIs.
  • Serve as the primary client liaison, presenting strategy, creative direction, reports, and optimization insights with clarity and confidence.
  • Conceptualize, design, and produce visually compelling, high-performing content — including photo, video, and motion assets that reflect each brand’s tone, aesthetic, and audience.
  • Oversee influencer strategy, from sourcing and vetting talent to negotiating deliverables, ensuring collaborations authentically amplify client brands and deliver measurable ROI.
  • Plan and execute strategic events and activations that drive visibility, community engagement, and social amplification, managing every phase from ideation through post-event performance reporting.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal PR teams to deliver fully integrated campaigns that unify storytelling and maximize reach across owned, earned, and paid channels.
  • Capture social-forward content during property visits, client events, and brand activations.
  • Write and edit compelling content across platforms — from social captions and advertorials to influencer briefs and creative scripts — ensuring brand voice consistency and strategic messaging.
  • Guide junior and mid-level social team members on creative direction, analytics interpretation, best practices, and performance optimization.
  • Develop and oversee paid social campaigns within Meta Business Suite, managing budgets, audience targeting, and A/B testing to optimize engagement and conversions.
  • Collaborate with PR, creative, and media teams to deliver cohesive, integrated brand campaigns.
  • Provide creative direction to third-party production teams as needed based on brand guidelines, client objectives, and deliverables (photo, video, etc.).
  • Analyze performance metrics, distill insights, and translate data into actionable strategies that inform future content and advertising decisions.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, platform evolutions, and emerging technologies, proactively applying learnings to enhance client results and internal best practices.
  • Contribute to new business initiatives by developing digital and social strategies for proposals and client pitches.
  • Manage, mentor, and inspire junior and mid-level team members, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and strategic excellence.
  • Maintain exceptional organization and time management across multiple accounts and deadlines, thriving in a fast-paced, high-performance environment while delivering consistent, best-in-class work.
