Overview We’re looking for an Event Marketing Specialist to join our Global Events team. If you're an early-career professional with a passion for event planning and brand experiences, this is your chance to help shape and execute impactful in-person and virtual events that bring our brand to life.

You’ll support the planning and execution of Seismic’s event strategy—including tradeshows, industry conferences, customer events, and internal experiences—while working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and creative teams. This role is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Who you are

2–3 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or event coordination (B2B or tech/SaaS preferred; Financial Services experience a plus)

Passion for events and experiential marketing, with a desire to create exceptional attendee experiences

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving pieces

Excellent organization and time management skills

Comfort working with internal and external stakeholders across departments and time zones

Strong written and verbal communication skills

A positive, team-oriented attitude with a proactive mindset

Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time

What you’ll be doing

Support the execution of Seismic’s global event calendar—including our annual user conference, Shift, trade shows, industry events, Seismic’s City Tours event series and our internal company kickoff.

Collaborate with cross-functional partners in marketing, sales, customer success, and creative to ensure events are aligned with brand and business goals.

Assist with event logistics including venue coordination, vendor management, swag and booth inventory, shipping, and on-site support.

Manage work streams tied to the success of Tier 1 Events, including but not limited to ancillary meals, social events, sponsorship, breakout management, AV, executive meetings, creative deliverables and event logistics.

Help manage timelines, event deliverables, and communications with internal stakeholders.

Maintain detailed project documentation and budgets, escalating risks and roadblocks as needed.

Support registration, data capture and post-event reporting to ensure leads and attendance metrics are tracked and shared.

Contribute to major brand moments including our annual conference, Shift, our sales kickoff IMPACT, and company meeting Activity.

Seismic’s annual base salary range for this position will vary based on applicant’s location, experience, job level, skills, and abilities as well as internal equity and alignment market data.

The range listed below is the minimum to the maximum of our target hiring range.

Seismic’s salary range for this position is: $53,200 USD - $73,200 USD

This position is also eligible to participate in Seismic’s incentive plans in addition to base salary.
