The Opportunity The Product Development Coordinator will be responsible for managing the development of RTW and accessories with an emphasis on Knitwear and cut & sew.
What you'll get to do
Strategically oversee all stages of development from design concept through production handoff, ensuring all materials and construction details are aligned with our brand standard.
Create and maintain seasonal WIP reports.
Monitor seasonal SKU count and alignment with merch plan.
Manage and enforce T&A calendar to deliver on all critical milestones.
Issue vendor and Raw Material POs.
Launch, monitor, and organize knit‑downs, protos, and SMS with factories. Maintain clear communication with all vendors at all stages of development.
Distribute all necessary samples and raw materials to factories. Track packages and handle shipping delays.
Create and manage style master and BOMs on PLM system.
Coordinate fittings and take fit notes.
Support costing in collaboration with Production team.
Receive, review, and approve factory invoices. Accurately track and report seasonal budget.
Assist with all tasks related to fittings, show/shoot and market preparation.
Support in‑house Atelier needs and other development projects as needed.
A reasonable estimate of the current hourly rate is $26/hour–$30/hour USD.
We'd love to meet you if you have
5+ years’ experience in RTW development and strong knowledge of process
Previous knitwear experience is a must.
Must have knowledge and technical understanding of garment construction
Detail oriented and organized.
Strong ability to multitask.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in fast‑paced setting.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and lifecycle systems.
