Position Summary The Marketing Division presently accepts applications on a rolling basis from qualified applicants for adjunct faculty positions and reviews these periodically for when an opening becomes available. The Marketing Division hires adjunct faculty to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in the following areas of study:
Principles of Marketing, Marketing Research, Marketing Analytics, Consumer Behavior, Brand Management, Customer Acquisition and Persuasion, Selling and Sales Management, Retailing Management, Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Developing Effective Advertising, Professional Sales Practicum, Marketing for Entrepreneurs, Sports Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Consumer Psychology, Pricing Strategy, Sales in Action, Marketing High Tech Products, Sales and Marketing Dynamics in Franchising, Sports and Brand Partnerships, AI-Enabled Selling for Customer Facing Financial Professionals, Business Storytelling, Engagement and Fundraising, Digital Analytics.
Education and Skills
Candidates with graduate degrees, previous college and university teaching experience will be given preference.

Demonstrate a passion for teaching a range of students, be collaborative team‑players, be willing to learn and adapt teaching technology, and have experience that can quickly establish credibility in the classroom.
Is a team player, excited to coordinate teaching with other faculty in the division.
Responsibilities
Teach courses in our undergraduate and graduate programs.
Adjunct faculty have the opportunity to take advantage of teaching development through our Center for Engaged Teaching and Learning (CELT) and obtain coaching from colleagues.
Assume additional responsibilities as required.
Additional Information Babson College teaches courses in many different formats, including traditional semester schedules, intensive classroom experiences, evening classes, weekend classes, and online instruction.
The rate for this position is
$8,076 per course equivalency (CE).
