We are looking for a dynamic, data‑driven, best‑in‑class talent to join the Peacock team as the Manager, Performance Marketing, Programmatic & Search. This critical role is part of the Growth Marketing organization’s Performance Marketing team, supporting the planning of an Always‑On strategy and the optimization of programmatic and search campaigns that drive subscriptions across our Peacock/Direct‑to‑Consumer products.

Responsibilities

Work closely with the Sr. Director, Performance Marketing to lead campaign strategy and optimization recommendations across major programmatic and search platforms (DV360, YouTube, Amazon, TradeDesk, Google Ads Manager, Search Ads 360).

Analyze campaign performance regularly and provide insightful updates on pacing, volume, optimizations, and channel contributions to business goals.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to formulate programmatic and search strategies, including new testing recommendations.

Work with platform partners to stay on top of industry trends, leverage new technologies, and participate in open betas.

Help manage programmatic and search budgets based on MTA and MMM model outputs.

Oversee a paid media specialist, ensuring channel expertise, flawless execution, and continuous learning.

Qualifications

3‑4+ years of experience in programmatic buying (Google, Amazon, TradeDesk) required; experience in search buying is a plus.

2+ years' experience managing junior team members.

Experience with programmatic campaign optimizations, analysis, and reporting.

Experience with onboarding and implementing DCO solutions.

Experience with campaign automation tools and AI‑powered workflows.

Strong project management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to take initiative in a challenging, fast‑paced environment with multiple priorities.

Proven track record optimizing media campaigns to deliver against CPA and volume objectives.

Experience working in Excel – Pivot tables proficiency is a must.

Familiarity with testing methodologies, experimental design, and ability to input into a learning agenda.

Desired Qualifications

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, with high attention to detail.

Experience in the entertainment, advertising, or e‑commerce industry is a plus.

Additional Requirements

This position is hybrid, requiring a minimum of three office days per week. Beginning January 5, 2026, employees will be required to work from the office at least four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change these requirements at any time.

Eligible for company‑sponsored benefits, including medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and other perks. Salary range: $100,000‑$125,000 (bonus and long‑term incentive eligible).
