We're seeking a Freelance Assistant Color & Print Designer to support the development of seasonal print artwork from concept through production. This fast-paced, project-based role requires strong technical skills and the ability to work quickly in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop brand-right print stories and graphics that support seasonal concepts and product categories

Create and adapt original print artwork using Adobe Illustrator and InDesign

Fill CADs with prints and graphics and build print assortments

Collaborate with team to build print layouts, ensuring proper scale, repeat, and technical feasibility

Create linesheets and presentation boards for internal reviews

Review print strike-offs to ensure creative intent and quality standards are met

Maintain organized print files and track progress against seasonal deadlines

Requirements:

2-5 years print/textile design experience (recent graduates considered)

Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and InDesign (required)

Experience filling CADs with prints and graphics

Experience building assortments and creating linesheets

Knowledge of NedGraphics (Easy Coloring module a plus)

Ability to create graphics based on inspiration provided by team

Strong attention to detail with ability to work quickly

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Flexible and proactive with ability to adapt to shifting priorities

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Familiarity with NedGraphics, particularly the easy coloring module.

* Experience filling CADs with prints and graphics.

* Experience building assortments with prints and graphics.
