POSITION SUMMARY The Marketing Analyst supports the organization’s marketing efforts as outlined below.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Chatbot Implementation:
Lead the development and deployment of chatbot solutions to improve customer engagement and support.
Trengo Platform Management:
Manage and optimize the Trengo platform to streamline communication processes.
Data Analysis:
Analyze key metrics to generate actionable insights, supporting data-driven decision-making for marketing and sales strategies.
CRM Strategy:
Develop and implement CRM strategies focusing on up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize customer lifetime value.
NPS Implementation:
Design and execute an effective Net Promoter Score (NPS) strategy to monitor and improve customer satisfaction.
Brand Strategy:
Collaborate with the team to develop and execute initiatives that enhance brand awareness and alignment.
Team Collaboratio:
Work cross-functionally with various departments to align strategies and achieve business objectives.
Navigate internal systems, procedures, and other resources to provide accurate and timely resolution to department demands;
Responsible in providing support to immediate manager and/or supervisor in administrative tasks of the department;
Perform monthly and weekly reports related to department projects;
Plan and execute projects for launching new products, new vendor implementation, system or product enhancements, along with testing and documentation;
Identify and execute tasks that need to be completed to ensure timely and effective execution of projects for new channels products and services; in life product enhancements; new third party service providers’ implementations and other major projects;
Communicate and apply project standards; work with team(s) to identify and manage all dependencies between functional areas involved in the project;
Ensure that the business resources are following established processes; lead and/or participate on the teams to improve process if necessary;
Provide support to questions and documentation as required from the Retail Team and other Banco do Brasil affiliates such as BB New York, BBOSC, BB Securities, etc.
Works in conjunction with Retail unit to implement market specific programs;
Monitors the financial and demographic factors that may affect the present and future needs of the banks customers and product mix;
Actively supports team to ensure that customer expectations and company goals are obtained;
Create presentations to explain proposals and/or present campaign results to Senior Management and/or other departments;
Analyze and compile data to understand post campaign results;
Perform market research studies on consumer trends in the financial services industry, compile competitor’s pricing information and discuss findings with appropriate departments;
ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintains full knowledge and understanding of bank policies, procedures, regulatory and compliance requirements, including but not limited to BSA/AML, CDD, EDD, and others as defined by the Compliance Division and Information Security Division
Attends and/or complete all required training as assigned
Assists with the training and mentoring of new associates
Maintains full knowledge, and is skilled in, the products/features of all deposit and credit account
Orders Supplies as needed (forms, brochures, etc.)
Act as resource for all personnel. If unable to resolve issues immediately, assume responsibility for follow-up and callback within a reasonable period of time.
Perform other related duties as required to accomplish the objectives of the position. Attends occasional meetings, events, and/or trainings on weekends or holidays as per business need.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree (B.A) from qualified college or university required; preferrable two years of recent Banking experience and/or two (2) years of experience in business analysis and project management.
OTHER SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
Fluency in
Portuguese
and
English
(verbal and written). Ability to communicate in both English and Portuguese highly recommended, and in some departments required; Spanish useful.
Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data and generating actionable insights.
Proficiency with marketing and CRM platforms (e.g., Trengo, HubSpot, or similar).
Experience in chatbot implementation and NPS strategies is a plus.
Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
Resilient, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from directors, managers, clients (both internal and external) and the general public
