About the Role We are seeking a
Senior Designer
to lead the creative development of branded, experiential spaces that tell our clients’ stories in meaningful ways. You’ll collaborate closely with clients, strategists, and cross-disciplinary teams to transform ideas into innovative, impactful design solutions.
This role requires a confident creative leader—someone who thrives on collaboration, mentors others, and consistently delivers design excellence from concept through completion. Your success will be measured by the quality of design, project delivery, client satisfaction, and your ability to amplify brand presence through experience design.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Design Initiatives:
Direct the creative vision for branded environments, wayfinding systems, and signage programs that integrate seamlessly with architectural spaces.
Collaborate and Communicate:
Partner with clients, project managers, and technical teams through workshops, reviews, and presentations to align design strategies with brand objectives.
Concept Development:
Conduct research, facilitate kickoffs, and create design concepts that reflect brand identity, culture, and spatial intent.
Presentation & Feedback:
Confidently present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, articulating clear design rationale and thoughtfully incorporating feedback.
Technical Coordination:
Partner with production teams to ensure constructability, fabrication, and installation are executed to the highest standard.
Mentorship:
Provide creative direction and support to junior designers, fostering professional growth and a collaborative studio environment.
Innovation & Research:
Stay current on design trends, materials, and fabrication technologies to push creative boundaries.
Studio Contribution:
Help refine studio processes, templates, and marketing efforts to elevate team performance and cohesion.
Who You Are
Experienced:
5+ years in Environmental Graphic Design within an EGD-focused firm or studio inside an architecture/interiors practice.
Educated:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (certifications a plus).
Proficient in
Adobe Creative Suite
(Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
Experienced with
3D modeling and rendering tools
(Revit, SketchUp, Enscape, Rhino, or similar).
Working knowledge of
AutoCAD ; familiarity with motion/3D tools (After Effects, Premiere, Blender) a plus.
Technically Informed:
Understands architectural scales, documentation, ADA standards, and fabrication methods.
Creative:
Demonstrates exceptional design thinking and storytelling that unites brand and spatial experience.
Collaborative:
Strong communicator and mentor who thrives in cross-disciplinary, team‑oriented settings.
Organized:
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and timelines independently.
Adaptable:
Enjoys being part of a small, dynamic team—ready to jump in and contribute wherever needed.

full-time hybrid position
based in
Denver, CO . Team members collaborate in the office several days each week to foster creativity, mentorship, and connection, with flexibility for remote work on other days.
