and looking for motivated individuals to join our team as
Marketing & Client Engagement Associates . This entry‑level role is designed for professionals who want to launch a career in marketing and sales while training toward leadership and management opportunities.
What You'll Do:
Represent clients across wireless, home services, and renewable energy campaigns with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Engage in one‑on‑one interactions with customers to present products, explain benefits, and close sales.
Build brand awareness and drive enrollment in client programs through both sales and promotional events.
Assist customers in identifying needs and recommending tailored service options.
Collaborate with partnered retailers to generate promotional opportunities and increase visibility.
Train to manage a territory of your own while learning team leadership and development skills.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s Degree, Associate’s Degree, or equivalent experience.
0–2 years of marketing, sales, or customer service experience.
Excellent communication, organizational, and listening skills.
A self‑starter with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Goal‑driven with a professional attitude and a flexible, positive mindset.
Position Requirements:
Must be able to stand on your feet for long periods of time.
Ability to lift 25+ pounds as part of event set‑up and campaign support.
