Role Overview The
Senior Marketing Manager
leads all marketing efforts for our agency, focusing exclusively on promoting our brand—driving awareness, generating qualified inbound leads, strengthening positioning, and showcasing expertise across all channels. Own the full marketing funnel, develop and execute campaigns, work closely with leadership, and manage freelancers or contractors as needed. No direct people‑management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Build and execute the agency’s marketing strategy, calendar, and budget.
Set clear KPIs and optimize based on performance and industry trends.
Lead all marketing channels: content, email (HubSpot), SEO, paid media, social, and events.
Drive inbound demand and support sales with qualified leads.
Monitor performance and maintain clean, actionable reporting.
Produce high‑quality content across formats and ensure a consistent brand voice.
Partner with internal experts to create thought‑leadership materials.
Manage the marketing budget for maximum ROI.
Oversee freelancers, contractors, and key marketing tools/vendors.
Align closely with sales and leadership on messaging and funnel health.
Provide clear updates, insights, and strategic recommendations.
Analyze KPIs and competitive insights to refine strategy.
Ensure all tactics support lead generation, brand strength, and pipeline growth.
Qualifications
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
6–10 years of experience in a marketing leadership role for a growing organization.
Proven marketing campaign experience (creation and management) that resulted in organizational growth.
Experience managing outside agencies and owning and managing a budget.
Deep analytical capabilities with strong ROI measurement skills.
Tools used: HubSpot, Instantly, Apollo, SharePoint, Knowledge Base.
Willing to learn new things and dive in as a “player‑coach.”
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Team player who collaborates positively with sales, operations, and key stakeholders.
A sense of humor and a “right attitude” that aligns with (un)Common Logic values.
Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now and in the future.
