Position Overview The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing a multi-platform marketing strategy across the company’s diverse portfolio, encompassing the JHouse Greenwich, Tony’s Restaurant, the JLofts, and other luxury residences, significant office space, and property management operations. This role ensures consistent brand identity, drives customer engagement, and enhances the resident/guest/tenant experience. The Marketing Manager will collaborate with management across the organization to successfully integrate initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with leadership to define, develop, and implement an integrated marketing strategy that aligns the hotel, spa, restaurant, luxury residential, and property management businesses under a cohesive brand framework.
Identify trends, customer insights, competitive positioning, and opportunities for differentiation across hospitality and residential offerings.
Assess and manage relationships with outsourced vendors as appropriate to accomplish marketing strategy in a cost-effective and efficient manner.
Create and maintain a marketing calendar that ties together promotions, events, property updates, and business milestones.
Marketing Campaigns
Plan and execute annual and seasonal marketing campaigns to drive occupancy, events, resident engagement, community awareness, and more.
Coordinate promotions for all aspects of the business (e.g., hotel packages, spa services, restaurant events, resident amenities, property management offerings, tenant benefits, etc.).
Manage the creative development of print materials, digital assets, signage, collateral, and multimedia content.
Oversee photography and video shoots to ensure events, properties, and amenities are showcased effectively.
Support creative effort for onsite and community events, including resident appreciation events, hotel specials, wellness activations, restaurant promotions, and community outreach.
Digital Marketing and Social Media
Create and manage a robust social media strategy across platforms tailored to each business segment while maintaining brand cohesion.
Oversee website updates, landing pages, and SEO initiatives, as appropriate.
Collaborate with leadership and manage email marketing campaigns and newsletters for the portfolio.
Track digital analytics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and conversion.
Manage social media influencer relationships.
Communications & Public Relations
Work with senior management to drive both internal and external communications.
Serve as the point of contact for PR inquiries and coordinate interviews and features, collaborating with the PR company as needed.
Ensure timely communication of updates, events, and property news to residents, guests, and employees.
Ensure that guest, resident, and tenant feedback loops inform business decisions and service enhancements.
Assess the effectiveness of email campaigns and be prepared to create blasts via the Guest Management System for our database & email platform as appropriate.
Budgeting & Reporting
Meet routinely with appropriate stakeholders to discuss and plan for marketing needs.
Collaborate to develop and help manage the annual marketing budget across divisions.
Track ROI, KPIs, campaign effectiveness, and digital metrics to help monitor and enhance marketing performance.
Present regular reports and recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
5+ years of marketing experience; hospitality, real estate, or mixed-use environments strongly preferred.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution to develop and drive cohesive marketing strategies across diverse business lines (e.g., hospitality, residential, commercial, etc.).
Highly organized with extensive time management skills; detail-oriented while maintaining big-picture awareness.
Strong collaborator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in digital marketing platforms, social media management tools, and analytics software.
Proven experience managing creative assets, brand standards, and multi-channel campaigns with a focus on luxury service and experiential branding.
Leadership presence and confidence representing the brand externally.
Able to use appropriate technology (Canva, Event Brite, etc.) to drive results.
Flexible and available to attend various events outside of regular business hours to support the broader team and gather content
