The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling assets that strengthen brand identity, support marketing initiatives, and enhance audience engagement across digital and print channels. This role blends creativity and strategic communication to deliver designs that elevate campaigns, improve user experience, and drive measurable impact. Working collaboratively with marketing, sales, and leadership teams, the Graphic Designer ensures consistent, high-quality visuals that align with company goals and evolving marketing needs. Reports to Senior Director, Marketing & Communications.

Previous Experience:
3-5 years of professional graphic design experience within a healthcare organization, marketing agency, or design firm. Comfortable producing a wide range of digital and print materials, including patient-facing education assets, provider communications, social media visuals, presentation decks, and campaign collateral while adhering to strict brand and compliance guidelines. Experience collaborating with sales, business development, clinical, and compliance teams to translate complex information into clear, engaging visual communications. A strong portfolio demonstrating design fundamentals, typography expertise, and attention to detail is essential. Applications without a portfolio link will not be considered.

Computer Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). Experience with WordPress or similar CMS tools and understanding of responsive web graphics. Familiarity with Premiere Pro or After Effects is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and common collaboration, file-sharing, and digital asset management platforms.
Travel:
Minimal; occasional travel for team meetings, trainings, video shoots, or conferences (less than 5% annually).
