What You Will Do

Lead product design for the Enterprise Design team, overseeing the work of at least 1–2 other designers

Define app and web experiences for enterprise products, taking ownership of large, complex projects and working with cross‑functional leads to shape the product vision

Contribute to product strategy by leveraging user research, data, and insights, understanding business needs, and innovating within technical constraint

Drive the design process and user research strategy across projects, shaping the long‑term design direction for large‑scale systems

Use data to guide design decisions, ensuring that we pursue measurable, achievable, impactful outcomes

Communicate ideas effectively and partner closely with cross‑functional partners and stakeholders to execute on design solutions

Mentor and provide design directions for senior, mid‑level, and associate designers

We Are Looking For Candidates Who

Have experience designing high‑quality solutions for enterprise workflows and are adept at managing complexity

Have worked on experimentation tooling, feature‑flag controls and deployment, and data visualization

Showcase a strong understanding and application of user‑centered design process and best practices and have a data‑driven mindset

Are self‑motivated, innately curious, and passionate about problem solving

Possess a high bar of craft and design excellence

Collaborate well with others, communicate effectively, and contribute positively to the team and have strong communication skills

Have a growth mindset and display an aptitude for learning new technologies and design skills

Have a passion for evolving the design practice; its people, processes and tools

Possess the ability to help stakeholders & partners uncover project goals, constraints & dependencies; and then guide them to optimal solutions

Required Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 7 years in Product Design at a technology company

Minimum 1 year(s) of experience leading other designers either as a project lead or people manager

A strong portfolio demonstrating both personal and team‑based work

A deep arsenal of design tools (Figma, Sketch, InVision, Framer, Mural, Keynote)

Proficiency in user‑centered design thinking methodologies

Excellent prioritization and documentation skills

The hiring range for this position in New York is $148,700 to $199,400 per year. The base pay offered will consider internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. A bonus and/or long‑term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
