Kitchen & Bath Designer
who thrives in a client-facing role, combining
design expertise, sales drive, and project coordination skills . This isn’t a typical showroom-only role. You’ll work hands-on with homeowners and builders, guiding product selections, managing timelines, and ensuring smooth installations. You’ll be in charge from
initial consultation to final walkthrough .
What You’ll Do
Meet with clients & builders – guide product selections & design layouts
Prospect for new projects and visit job sites
Prepare bids, proposals, and manage orders
Coordinate project schedules, material deliveries & subcontractors
Be the main point of contact throughout the entire project lifecycle
What You Bring
3-7 years of experience in Kitchen & Bath design or project coordination
Strong sales instincts and a customer-first mindset
Proficiency with 2020 Design (or similar software)
Ability to read blueprints, measure on-site, and manage project flow
Excellent organization and follow-up skills
